Firebase and Stripe may process data in multiple jurisdictions. Transfers rely on Google’s and Stripe’s Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards.

Commercial emails, SMS and push notifications follow the consent, sender-ID and unsubscribe requirements of the Spam Act 2003. Similar opt-out mechanisms apply for GDPR and CCPA compliance.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify.

Havo is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy and will give at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance.
